As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you'll provide advanced diagnostic imaging services that help physicians diagnose, monitor, and treat a wide variety of medical conditions.
What You'll DoAs a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you'll perform specialized imaging procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and diagnostic this role, you will:
Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals
Operate and maintain imaging equipment
Assess patients and prepare them for procedures
Evaluate image quality and diagnostic information
Communicate findings and concerns appropriately
Maintain radiation safety and regulatory compliance
Document procedures accurately and completely
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications Nuclear Medicine certification and licensure as required
Strong technical and clinical skills
Knowledge of radiation safety principles
Effective communication abilities
Commitment to patient-centered care Preferred Qualities Hospital imaging experience
Advanced imaging certifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking
Ability to maneuver imaging equipment and assist patients
Ability to safely handle radiopharmaceuticals and imaging materials
Education, Certifications & Licensure Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program
Current Nuclear Medicine certification and licensure
Continuing education requirements as required by credentialing organizations
Additional certifications as required by department standards
