Provide home health care services to clients with physical disabilities. Ensure clients are safe and their health and physical needs are met. Provide assistance with hygiene, dressing, eating, toileting, and medication as needed. Light housework may be required.
While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions and maintain confidentiality.
Required
Education and experience:
- HS diploma/GED
- 1 year experience working with individuals with physical disabilities is preferred
- CNA preferred
- Knowledge or Certification in the following: CPR/First Aid
