Greenwood Hospitality Group - Up to $105000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the kitchen staff in procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel;
Develop, implement, and manage menus and budgets; control labor and food costs to meet objectives;
Monitor sanitation and safety of kitchen, equipment, and facilities; ensure regulatory compliance;
Coordinate with catering staff on Banquet Event Orders to ensure events meet/exceed guest expectations;
Lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team; maintain effective interdepartmental communication
