A high‑profile destination resort is seeking an accomplished Executive Director of Food & Beverage to lead a multi‑outlet, high‑volume F&B operation. This executive role drives strategy, elevates service culture, and delivers exceptional guest experiences across restaurants, bars, in‑room dining, and large‑scale events.
Role Overview :The Executive Director provides strategic leadership, oversees financial performance, strengthens operational standards, and develops a high‑performing F&B leadership team. This position partners closely with senior resort leadership while guiding the Assistant Director of F&B, who manages day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead F&B strategy, menu engineering, pricing, and concept development
- Elevate service culture and ensure luxury‑level guest satisfaction
- Oversee multi‑outlet operations, banquet/event execution, and SOP compliance
- Drive P&L performance, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost controls
- Build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure seamless resort‑wide guest experiences
- 8+ years of progressive F&B leadership; 5+ years at senior/executive level
- Experience overseeing multi‑outlet operations and high‑volume events (at least $30 million in annual banquet revenue and over 250 events per year)
- Proven success improving guest satisfaction, financial results, and team culture
- Strong financial acumen and operational discipline
- Background in luxury hospitality, resorts, or large conference environments preferred
- Culinary knowledge and food safety certification a plus
