• Oversee technology contracts from request through renewal or termination
• Track and manage department budgets for expenses, projects, and services
• Provision and maintain technology assets, licenses, and services
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Prepare solicitations and evaluate new technology solutions
• Work onsite full-time
• Perform additional duties as needed

• 5+ years in technology contract management, budgeting, and asset provisioning
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and build effective relationships
• Basic understanding of new technologies
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Service Now, and Office 365 preferred
