A Fortune 50 enterprise is building a unified data platform to power predictive insights across parts, diagnostics, and service operations — and we’re hiring the technical anchor to lead it.
This organization has the right data — it’s just fragmented across multiple systems. The goal is to connect those silos, build a business-aligned semantic layer, and create scalable, AI-ready data products that drive real operational impact.
You’ll serve as the Data Product Lead on a lean, high-impact team (2 Data Engineers + 1 support resource), translating business needs into clear technical direction and architecture.
What you’ll be doing :- Designing and building a business semantic layer
- Turning business intake into actionable engineering roadmaps
- Leading and guiding mid-senior Data Engineers
- Ensuring all solutions are scalable and AI-ready
- Experience building data products for business users (not just pipelines)
- Advanced Python and SQL (required)
- Strong Data Engineering foundation (data warehousing, orchestration, transformation)
- Terraform experience
- Experience working in large-scale big data environments
- GCP experience (Big Query, GCS) strongly preferred
- AI-ready data architecture experience is a plus
This is not a maintenance role. You’ll be helping architect the foundation that enables predictive intelligence at enterprise scale.
