Skills Required- Platforms: IBM Info Sphere Data Stage, Apache NiFi, Red Hat Open Shift

- 5+ years of production systems administration and platform support experience (or equivalent).
- 3+ years administering IBM Info Sphere Data Stage (installation, configuration, upgrade, job deployment, troubleshooting).
- Demonstrated engineering expertise in evaluating, designing, and implementing deployment architectures for a variety of complex data and application platforms.
- Apache NiFi (flow development ops, templates, clustering, provenance) (Preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS) and networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation (Bash and one or more: Python, Perl).
- Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, ArgoCD, or similar) and container workflows (Docker).
- Solid understanding of security practices for data platforms (RBAC, secrets management, TLS, patching).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Data Stage on IBM Information Server / Data Stage 11.x versions and Good Experience in CP4d is nice to have.
- Experience containerizing Data Stage or integration workloads, or familiarity with hybrid Data Stage deployments.
- Experience with enterprise backup and DR solutions for middleware.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Open Shift Administration, IBM Data Stage certifications.
