Position Description

The Senior Enterprise/Data Architect is responsible for translating business strategy and desired capabilities into solution concepts, architectural models, and functional and technical requirements. This role provides architecture leadership across enterprise, portfolio, and program levels, ensuring alignment of information, processes, and technology with business objectives.

The architect sets strategic direction for architecture standards, patterns, and governance while enabling integration, scalability, and long-term value across the organization.

• Translate business capabilities and strategic objectives into well-defined solution concepts, architectures, and requirements.
• Design enterprise, portfolio, and solution-level architecture strategies, technology patterns, and service structures.
• Provide architecture and information management guidance, standards, and governance across initiatives.
• Drive enterprise capability integration by evaluating opportunities for alignment of information and process flows and defining appropriate implementation strategies.
• Develop, align, and maintain architectural models representing current and future-state capabilities and solutions.
• Support strategy, investment decisions, portfolio management, and program/project delivery through architectural insights.
• Lead information integration, data standards, and data governance through capability and value assessments.
• Deliver architecture artifacts, including business, data, information, process, application, solution, service, and technology architectures.
• Set architecture and design direction (technologies, patterns, principles, and frameworks) in collaboration with project and development teams.
• Facilitate architecture discussions with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Participate in and support business and IT governance processes.
• Ensure alignment between architecture standards and IT projects, programs, and roadmaps.
• Develop recommendations to improve the business value of IT investments.
• Define and approve future-state architecture standards, guidelines, blueprints, and roadmaps.
• Drive architecture research, innovation, and prototyping to mature enterprise architecture practices.
• Promote the value and benefits of architecture and architecture management to senior business and IT leadership.
• Provide guidance on strategic planning, prioritization, and portfolio management.

Required:
