Technical Program & Project Management Senior Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Program Manager to plan, oversee, and deliver complex technology programs focused on enterprise application implementations, platform modernization, and cloud infrastructure initiatives. This role partners closely with platform engineering, IT leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution, alignment, and adoption of scalable technology solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (especially Google Cloud Platform), and the ability to translate complex technical strategies into clear roadmaps and business value.

• Plan and oversee execution of large-scale technology programs and projects, including enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, internal infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments.
• Define project and program scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure objectives and outcomes are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, and cost.

• Act as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach when required.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles to guide delivery.
• Manage backlogs, define user stories, and facilitate planning and delivery ceremonies.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving across delivery teams.

• Own and manage the platform roadmap, backlog, and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and document use cases, requirements, and feature goals (e.g., platform profiles, application registrations, tooling enhancements).
• Translate long-term objectives into actionable technology strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage technology product goals, forecasts, and adoption plans.

• Act as a liaison between platform engineering teams and IT leadership, including security, compliance, infrastructure, application teams, and executive sponsors.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and progress using clear metrics and reporting.
• Tell the story of the program through executive-level updates, presentations, and reviews.
• Secure buy-in and approvals from leadership and peer teams to support platform tooling and adoption.

• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage dependencies.
• Provide accurate, insightful analysis and reporting for leadership decision-making.
• Ensure documentation, internal communications, onboarding materials, and enablement content are complete, current, and easy to understand.

• Program and project management for complex, global technology initiatives.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Cloud architecture and integration patterns.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

• 10+ years of experience in IT and technology program management.
• Proven experience managing complex, global technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its integration with identity, networking, and automation patterns.

• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and tooling, including:
  • Kubernetes
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Terraform
  • Git Ops
  • Identity and access management
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
