Our client, an industry leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the IT Analytics department supporting high-priority analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Serve as the primary program management lead for a portfolio of high-priority, high-visibility analytics initiatives supporting quality improvements.
- Own end-to-end program governance across multiple analytics products and projects, including planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and delivery coordination.
- Lead executive-level reporting and communications, consolidating inputs into clear, concise, and compelling program updates for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver professional, leadership-ready materials such as status decks, dashboards, and executive summaries for reviews with leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Act as a trusted single point of coordination for program status, risks, issues, and milestones, ensuring transparency and proactive escalation where needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner, preferably in automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in project management tools; JIRA experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years managing complex IT programs, including multi-project coordination and resource allocation.
- Strong leadership skills to guide project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive program success.
