Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the Utilities Industry, is looking for a Digital Guru to lead innovative digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and deliver a Center of Excellence for Digital Transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Position Summary:The Digital Guru will be responsible for managing the Microsoft 365 practice, fostering relationships with leaders, and driving digital transformation projects. This role requires a hands‑on technologist who can troubleshoot, implement, and optimize Microsoft solutions while delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence as needed, and is based in Detroit, MI. The goal is to alleviate the manager's workload by taking on key responsibilities, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.
