Project & Technology Program Manager (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
Summary

This role leads the planning and execution of technology‑focused projects and programs, spanning enterprise applications, SaaS solutions, infrastructure, networking, data centers, and more. The position may also serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, guiding teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean best practices.

Key Responsibilities Technology Project & Program Leadership
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, goals, and deliverables for technology application development and implementation initiatives—leveraging a strong financial or contracting background.
  • Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, contracting, and finance partners.
  • Streamline development workflows between internal teams and external technology providers to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Communicate clear, data‑driven status updates to stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Ensure all project outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budget and resource plans.
  • Provide accurate analysis and reporting, presenting metrics in clear, executive‑ready formats.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
  • Translate long‑term technology objectives into actionable roadmaps and partner with technical teams to execute effectively.
  • Guide delivery using standard methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Sourcing & Supplier Strategy
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology products and services across multiple business units.
  • Achieve cost savings, value creation, and operational efficiency, while reporting on KPIs to leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align on needs and requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including performance evaluation, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing procurement/sourcing team, ensuring global coordination and alignment.
  • Set clear performance expectations, manage workload distribution, and foster a collaborative, high‑engagement team culture.
Qualifications

Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in contracting and project management
Preferred:
  • Recent graduates with 2–3 years of finance‑contracting experience who are eager to grow in this field are encouraged to apply.
