Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years working in support or ETL related role
• Must have 2+ years recent experience with SQL (must have strong experience writing complex queries)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strong data management and analysis skills
• 2+ years recent experience technical business requirement gathering/data analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong facilitation skills
• Knowledge of standard software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Extreme attention to detail
• Experience with in a customer or technical support environment
• Exemplary professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation
• Advanced judgment and problem solving skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environment
• Proven data driven decision-making skills
