In this position...

* The Process & Tools Specialist ensures LEPMO-wide standardization of processes, templates, and governance artifacts, and oversees the knowledge hub and training.

* This role enables consistent quality across intake, discovery, and implementation by maintaining the tools, templates, and guidance that support Lean-Agile portfolio management.

Program Lead - Process and Tools

What you'll do...

* Develop, maintain, and continuously improve LEPMO standard processes, stage-gate checklists, templates (Lean Business Case, One-Pager, PRD), and governance artifacts.

* Own the enterprise "Self-Service" portal (SharePoint), providing the organization with a central repository for methodology guides, templates, and best practices.

* Align tooling across the portfolio (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI) to deliver a single source of truth and consistent data capture.

* Deliver training and coaching to LEPMO and project teams on process standards, templates, and governance cadences.

* Collaborate with LACE, Transformation Office, Product Operations, and IT to standardize tooling and enable agile practices.

* Support continuous improvement through feedback loops, retrospectives, and documentation updates.

* Produce and maintain process documentation for auditability and knowledge transfer.

* Other special projects as assigned by management.
