Technical Delivery Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Analyst to lead the end-to-end technical execution of the DSS Email domain. This role is the primary technical point of contact for both the steady-state monthly deployment cycle. This person will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of complex data into Ford Direct products, requiring an understanding of data flows, system interactions, and functional specifications.

As a self-starter, you will plan monthly activities, set up ticketing to support, conduct initial Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on delivery anomalies and serve as the lead for triage and project coordination. You will work facilitate with development team to ensure all builds meet FDEO standards and code quality requirements.

• Technical Project Coordination:
  Lead the technical execution of monthly initiatives to support the project. This includes following managing JIRA workflows and ensuring milestones are met with the various stakeholders.
• Analyst:
  Perform verification of requirements intake to ensure completeness before hand-off to development.
• Documentation & Mapping:
  Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and variant mapping.
• Technical Oversight:
  Monitor technical team delivery cadence and enforce code quality standards via Sonarqube reports and compliance audits.
• Issue Triage:
  Monitor technical ticket queues (defects, enhancements, support requests) to ensure proper technical classification and efficient triage to the appropriate engineering teams.

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Technical Coordinator, Project Coordinator or in a related role focused on technical delivery. A project manager w/QA or development background would also be a candidate for this role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Systems Thinker:
  Must be able to understand complex interdependencies and connect dots across multiple technical and business work streams.
• Organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple work streams is required to be successful with this role.

• Support exceptional collaboration with agency, business, and development team.
• Continuously analyze and optimize technical tools and data governance processes to ensure data privacy and security compliance.
• Maintain end-to-end technical process documentation, including system architecture and data integration mappings for the DSS domain.
