We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Analyst to lead the end-to-end technical execution of a complex email and data integration domain. This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for monthly deployment cycles and ongoing steady-state delivery.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of complex data into enterprise products, requiring a strong understanding of data flows, system interactions, and functional specifications. This is a hands‑on coordination role ideal for a self‑starter who can plan monthly activities, manage ticketing workflows, conduct initial root cause analysis (RCA) on delivery anomalies, and lead technical triage efforts.

You will partner closely with development, business, and agency teams to ensure all builds meet established code quality standards and compliance requirements.

• Lead technical execution of monthly initiatives and deployment cycles
• Manage JIRA workflows and ensure milestones are met across stakeholders
• Drive cross‑functional alignment between technical and business teams

• Validate incoming requirements for completeness and clarity prior to development handoff
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential delivery risks early

• Create and maintain functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and integration mappings
• Document end-to-end system architecture and technical processes

• Monitor development delivery cadence
• Enforce code quality standards using tools such as Sonar Qube
• Support compliance audits and governance standards

• Manage defect, enhancement, and support ticket queues
• Perform initial root cause analysis on delivery anomalies
• Route issues efficiently to appropriate engineering teams

• Foster strong collaboration across business, agency, and engineering teams
• Continuously improve technical tools and data governance processes
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards

• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Technical Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar technical delivery role
• Candidates with a Project Management background and prior QA or development experience are also encouraged to apply
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Digital Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong systems‑thinking mindset with the ability to understand complex technical and business interdependencies
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
