Overview / Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager and PMO Lead to drive complex enterprise platform initiatives, multi-workstream implementations, and large-scale business transformation programs. This role is responsible for establishing governance, aligning stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic technology initiatives from planning through production delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in program and project management, Agile methodologies, operational execution, and enterprise technology implementations.
Responsibilities- Develop project plans and define project/program scope, goals, and deliverables for enterprise technology initiatives
- Lead technology application development and implementation programs across cross-functional teams
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with IT teams and technology vendors
- Create and manage streamlined processes between internal teams and external technology providers
- Communicate project status updates and performance metrics to stakeholders across multiple organizations
- Ensure project and program objectives are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocations
- Provide accurate analysis and reporting for presentations, reviews, and leadership updates
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support timely delivery
- Manage technology product goals, forecasts, and implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with technical development teams to translate long-term objectives into actionable strategies
- Apply standard project delivery frameworks and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Support Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Lean practices across teams as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years of Program Management experience
- Strong expertise in Project Management and PMO leadership
- Experience delivering enterprise technology implementations and business transformation initiatives
- Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies
- Strong analytical and business process improvement skills
- Experience with APIs and enterprise technology platforms
- Proficiency with Jira, PowerPoint, and Share Point
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification
- Experience in Risk Management
- Experience with Change Management
- Data Analysis experience
- Process Improvement expertise
- Certification Program completion preferred
