As a seasoned Adobe Development Manager within the Ford Marketing and Sales Global Dealer Platforms team, you will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of the FMC Dealer Portal. This high-impact role blends strategic oversight and team mentorship to significantly enhance Ford's global dealer communication capabilities.
Adobe AEM Engineering Manager
* Drive the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable applications, specifically leveraging AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
* Mentor a cross-functional team of developers, architects, and QA engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and innovation.
* Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets across multiple concurrent work streams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
* Champion best practices in AEM development (OSGi, Sling, Java), CI/CD automation, and the creation of reusable components and workflows.
* Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal business partners, translating complex requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
* Provide thought leadership on Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, including Adobe Analytics, CDN, Real-Time CDP, and CUGS.
