Salesforce Implementation and Integration Lead, Ford Energy

In this position... This is a high-impact IT delivery leadership position. As the Salesforce Implementation and Integration Lead for Ford Energy IT, you will drive both the functional delivery and the technical orchestration of our core sales and service platform.

In this role, you will be the recognized technical authority responsible for standing up Salesforce capabilities while ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into Ford Energy's broader enterprise ecosystem. You will drive the technical direction and engineering best practices across multiple IT and engineering teams, building architectural consensus for key integrations while actively mentoring peers to elevate collective technical capabilities. You will act as the bridge between business strategy and complex technical execution, coordinating closely with business leaders, managing our System Integrator (SI) partners, and collaborating with ERP and middleware teams to design and execute robust, real-time integration architectures.
