Informatica MDM SaaS Engineer
OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Engineer to design, implement, and support master data management solutions within the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS, data integration, data quality, business entity modeling, and API-based integrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and configure Business Entities, Relationships, and Field Groups within Informatica MDM SaaS applications.
- Develop cost-efficient data models and integration patterns, optimizing processing resource consumption and managed record utilization through effective filtering and archival strategies.
- Configure and tune match and merge models using AI-powered capabilities and declarative rules.
- Define survivorship and trust rules to establish and maintain accurate golden records.
- Conduct match-tuning activities, including analysis of false positives and false negatives, to improve data matching accuracy.
- Build and manage data pipelines using Cloud Data Integration (CDI) for batch processing.
- Develop real-time, event-driven integrations using Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
- Design and implement complex many-to-many relationships and hierarchies within the Business Entity framework.
- Implement Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) rules for data profiling, cleansing, and standardization.
- Configure user interface components, including page layouts, search configurations, and business entity views.
- Analyze legacy MDM data models and map them to Informatica SaaS business entity structures.
- Configure change request processes and approval workflows.
- Develop and consume REST APIs for data synchronization between MDM SaaS and enterprise applications.
- Optimize integration performance and troubleshoot complex cloud-based data integration issues.
- Implement CI/CD practices using Git Hub or Azure Dev Ops and leverage platform APIs for automation.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 7+ years of Data Engineering experience.
- 5+ years of MDM experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Informatica MDM SaaS/IDMC experience.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC Multidomain MDM SaaS or Customer 360 SaaS.
- Strong proficiency with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including CDI and CAI.
- Experience with Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
- Strong understanding of Business Entity modeling.
- Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and Postman.
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting cloud integration solutions.
- Experience implementing CI/CD practices using Git Hub and/or Azure Dev Ops.
- Strong SQL proficiency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform Data Engineering.
- Experience supporting MDM platform migration initiatives.
- Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS Professional Certification.
- Experience with Informatica Governance & Catalog (IDMC).
