Portfolio & Program Management

* Program planning and execution across multiple vehicle programs and digital platforms, balancing resources, risks, and priorities.

* Develop and maintain schedules, dependency maps, and risk mitigation plans across integrated services feature deliverables and functionality.

* Ensure platform deliverables are executed with excellence and delivered on time

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

* Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and effectively to executive leadership and technical teams.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program execution, quality, and velocity.

* Provide ongoing, objective feedback to strategy, product, and engineering to support the ever-changing landscape of execution.

* Recognize and quickly respond to the needs of a program in execution where roles and responsibilities may be unclear.
