This dual-focus role requires an understanding of adult learning principles and advanced programming capabilities to design, develop, and maintain sophisticated learning ecosystems, automate departmental workflows, and pioneer AI-driven educational solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science or a related technical degree with proven experience in training and project management.
• 2 years of work experience in training, project management, computer science or related field.
• Team-player with good collaborative skills with the ability to build and foster strong relationships.
• Demonstrated presentation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to adjust message by audience.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to move projects from ambiguity to execution.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Practical knowledge of Python for AI integration and app development.
• Experience with LMS administration and understanding of SCORM, API protocols.
• Proficiency in AI & Data: API frameworks, generative AI solutions, GCP, Terraform, Big Query, SQL, Data Visualization tools (Power
  
  BI, Python data transformation), Git, Git Hub.

• Design and deploy custom front-end applications and tools using Python and the Client Power Platform to enhance the learner experience.
• Lead the development of AI Agents and Assistants to provide personalized learning support and automate content curation.
• Architect and implement complex automated workflows using Power Automate to integrate the LMS, SharePoint, and other enterprise tools.
