Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the anticipated worksite. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance from the anticipated worksite. Responsible for guiding the strategy, development, implementation, and optimization of data-centric products - both data products and software products (Platform Capabilities) - within the Data Product Engineering (DPE) organization.

Responsible for adoption of enterprise-level data products and analytic data platforms and capabilities that empower data-driven decision making across the company. Collaborate with data scientists, portfolio and central data engineers, source data owners and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that the central data product and Data Platform capabilities meet both user needs and business objectives.
