Role Overview
White Glove support for the technical needs of global company leaders, including the CEO, Chairperson, Board Members, and the entire LL1 community.
The role involves diagnosing and mitigating issues for hardware (Cisco conferencing equipment, iPhones, iPads, Dell laptops, Mac laptops) and software (Office 365, Microsoft Teams, web browsers) within the Ford environment.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Executive Support team, Exchange, Mobility, Security, Digital Worker, and Global Client Teams.
- Collaborate with other Executive Technology Office teams to support the Executive Conferencing Team and the Office of the Chairperson and CEO as needed.
- Provide appropriate technical and operational input to address the evolving needs of the Executive Community.
- Work with customers to ensure the safety and security of their equipment and data.
- Work with vendors, support, and engineering teams to troubleshoot infrastructure, hardware, and application issues.
- Support implementations, upgrades, enhancements, patch deployments, and bug fixes throughout the lifecycle of deployed hardware and software.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the Office Suite.
- Support incident handling, problem resolution, change management, and continuous improvement of procedures and processes.
- Position is non‑exempt and may require off‑hours (paid) work in support of customer or team needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or computer‑related field, or a combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on technical support experience in Office Suite, Cisco products, Windows or OS operating systems.
- 3+ years of high level technical experience in troubleshooting, repairing, building, installing computers, iOS devices, or networking infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, video conference, email, text/IM).
- Experience with industry‑standard MDM solutions (JAMF, ABM, Mobile Iron, etc).
- Experience with script writing (Power Shell, VBA, JavaScript).
- Experience with Citrix VDI, Microsoft Windows, and Apple OS systems at high levels.
- Understanding of Copilot and other LLMs.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Exposure to network devices, routers, firewalls, and switches.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100–$166,200.
