SAP CO Functional Architect​/SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Functional Architect to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Controlling (CO) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure seamless integration across SAP modules. This is a hands‑on role focused on delivering high‑quality SAP CO capabilities within a complex enterprise environment.

• Lead SAP CO implementation, configuration, and support activities across projects.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SAP Controlling solutions.
• Configure core SAP CO modules including:
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Product Costing
  • Profitability Analysis (CO‑PA)
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP CO and other modules such as FI, MM, and SD. Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve defects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Strong expertise in SAP CO Configuration:
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • CO‑PA
  • Product Costing
• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA FICO implementations
• Knowledge of cross‑module integration (FI, MM, SD)
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in large‑scale enterprise SAP implementations
• Exposure to automotive industry environments (preferred but not required)

• 10+ years of hands‑on SAP Controlling experience
• Proven experience leading SAP CO implementations
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative environment
