Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity / Enterprise Security Specialist with a strong focus on Application Security and Testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and ensuring the integrity of our applications and cloud environments. This role is critical in safeguarding our digital assets and requires a proactive approach to threat intelligence and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on applications and systems.
- Develop and implement application security best practices and testing methodologies.
- Monitor and analyze threat intelligence to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure secure cloud configurations and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage identity and access management processes to protect sensitive information.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
- Provide training and guidance on application security to technical and non-technical staff.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
Mandatory
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Application Security and Testing.
- Proficiency in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Experience with threat intelligence tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with secure cloud configuration practices.
- Understanding of identity and access management principles.
Preferred
Skills:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
- Experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and application development.
- Familiarity with security tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, IAST).
- Experience in incident response and security operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on application security.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
