An EDI Architect is a senior IT professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing EDI system integrations that enable businesses to electronically exchange critical documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping notices with partners, suppliers, and customers.

• Demonstrate a good level of expertise in one or more technical environments (software packages, programming languages, database, operating system) and knowledge of EDI solutions.
• Ensure quality of solution in each environment and for each trading partner.
• Coordinate with related work streams and teams including infrastructure, Customer Service Division and Manufacturing.

• SQL Server, Unix, Linux.
• 6–10 years of IT experience, including 4+ years in solution architecture, Unix, network protocols, session protocols, GCP, EDI mapping tools.
• Systems tuning and diagnostics on UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms.
• 5+ years experience in supply chain management, business intelligence, business processes, and customer relations.
• 5+ years experience with enterprise application integration, middleware, or integration experience.
• 5+ years experience with architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, UML diagrams, network connectivity and communication protocols.
• Proficiency with EDI mapping tools, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, UNIX, Linux, Windows, SQL Server, MQ Series.

• Familiarity with web and mainframe applications, mainframe systems.

• Bachelor's Degree.
