Success as a Technical Program Manager in our Connected Vehicle Software division requires a professional who is centered around product and engineering excellence with a strong bias for action. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our software delivery is seamless, scalable, and high-quality.

What you'll do...
* Partner with stakeholders to define, scope, and deliver technical initiatives that span multiple teams and multiple organizations across Ford.
* Actively engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and help achieve alignment on prioritized initiatives.
* Assist in defining and tracking success criteria and performance metrics, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), to ensure program health.
* Implement and execute roadmaps, schedules, project plans to enable Ford to meet customer commitments across all customer constituencies.
* Support and drive modern software development practices, including scrums, backlog grooming, and dependency tracking using tools like Jira.
* Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks across multiple engineering teams.
* Coordinate with other divisions at Ford to ensure technical dependencies are identified early and quality standards are maintained.
* Act as a voice for the customer within the engineering team, using data to help guide decision-making and prioritization.
