Client Engagement & Requirement Understanding

• Interface directly with business stakeholders to understand product lifecycle management (PLM) needs.
• Conduct discussions and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Translate business requirements into functional solution approaches.

• Analyze and define functional requirements across 3DX modules such as 3DX PLM (BOM Management, Change Management, Collaboration, Net Vibes, Delmia).
• Product Configuration & Variant Management.
• Document / Knowledge Management.
• Project & Program Management.
• Propose high‑level solution design and approach aligned with business objectives.

• Map current‑state processes and define future‑state workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and PLM optimization.

• Work with technical teams to translate functional designs into implementable solutions.
• Provide inputs into integration design with enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.).
• Validate solution alignment with business needs.

• Prepare and present solution concepts, options, and recommendations.
• Facilitate alignment between business and IT teams.

• Provide functional guidance during implementation lifecycle.

$74,000 – $104,000 per year.
