Senior SAP Security Consultant with GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) & S/4 HANA Fiori Security Experience (only W2 Position – No C2C Accepted)

STG is a SEI CMMi Level 5 company with several Fortune 500 and State Government clients. STG has an opening for Senior SAP Security Consultant with GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) & S/4 HANA Fiori Security Experience.

Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to those candidates who need it.

• Design, develop and implement S/4 HANA Fiori security roles for various functional areas like S/4 SD, MM, FI (GL, AR, AP, AA).
• Support SAP role administration including configuration of new authorization objects, master/derived roles, single and composite roles.
• Troubleshoot authorization issues using STAUTHTRACE, STUSERTRACE, SU53 and ST01.
• Implement/Support SAP GRC Access Controls 12.0 including ARA, ARM, EAM and BRM.
• Administer SAP GRC configuration, rule sets, workflows and approvers for user provisioning, emergency access and access recertification.
• Maintain GRC master data, run risk analysis, audit and compliance support activities.
• Build and maintain MSMP workflows and configure GRC notifications.
• Build rulesets, create custom functions and risks, and adjust existing rulesets according to business needs.
• Plan and execute GRC upgrade activities.
• Set up and support sync jobs (Repository, Auth, FF Log, Action Usage).
• Troubleshoot day‑to‑day access request issues by analyzing audit logs.
• Work closely with the application security team members and support all security work.
• Provide production support on a periodic 24x7 basis with on‑call responsibilities.

• SAP HANA
• Minimum of 7 years of SAP security experience with at least two full life‑cycle implementations.
• Experience in implementing Fiori roles for functional areas such as S/4 SD, MM, FI (GL, AP, AR, AA), including design, development and testing of S/4 HANA security Fiori roles with pages & spaces.
• Experience in performing security checks on backend S/4 and front‑end Fiori apps to appropriately add OData services and related authorizations for end users.
• Experience in setting up and configuring SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control).
• Experience with troubleshooting workflow issues in GRC user provisioning.
• Experience with SAP BTP security and IAG.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, engineering or related disciplines.
