Engineering Data Analytics Specialist - Powertrain Programs. The Engineering Data Analytics Specialist supports Technical Value Management (TVM) initiatives across powertrain engineering organizations by providing data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and project tracking support. The role enables engineering teams to achieve cost-reduction objectives through actionable insights derived from engineering and cost-related data. This position requires strong Power BI expertise, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to transform large datasets into executive-level reporting and business intelligence tools.

The individual will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, product development, and program teams to monitor cost-saving initiatives, track implementation progress, and improve reporting efficiency.

• Analyzing engineering and cost-related datasets.

• Experience developing reporting metrics and analytics tools.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and project activities.

• Automotive industry experience.
• Powertrain engineering support experience.
• Experience supporting Technical Value Management (TVM) initiatives.
• Experience supporting cost-reduction programs.
• Experience with advanced Power BI development.
• Experience using Power Query and DAX.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or Related Technical Field

Master's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
