Program & Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage program-level activities, timelines, dependencies, and RAID logs. The role involves supporting multiple projects with governance and reporting, facilitating PI Planning, demand planning, and roadmap execution across multiple teams.

  Experience:
  
  6 years in IT; 2 years in Program Management, Expert in Project Management
• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior work experience in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Certification Program

• Support strategic planning, aligning program goals with overall objectives
• Proactively address cross-functional hurdles and risks
• Facilitate or support Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions
• Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) or Scrum Masters if using SAFe
• Track PI objectives, capacity planning, and dependency mapping across teams
• Jira Administration & Dashboards:
  Build and maintain Jira dashboards, boards, and workflows
• Create custom filters/JQL queries for sprint, epic, and release tracking
• Process Documentation:
  Create process flow diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io)
• Document SOPs, RACI charts, and governance processes
• SharePoint Management:
  Build and maintain SharePoint sites for document management and team collaboration
• Manage permissions, libraries, and possibly basic Power Automate flows
• Reporting & Analytics (Power BI):
  Build dashboards for program health, KPIs, burn-down/burn-up charts
• Pull data from Jira/other sources into Power BI for executive reporting
