Description

Experience Required- 6+ years of experience in Service Now development or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Service Now Enterprise Architecture and/or Application Portfolio Management (APM).
- Strong expertise in Business Application Lifecycle Management (BALM) concepts, processes, and implementation.
- Solid understanding of application portfolio governance, lifecycle states, and rationalization methodologies.
- Experience working with CMDB, data models, and service mapping.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with architecture, product, and engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and outcomes
- Service Now certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, APM, or Enterprise Architecture-related).
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices to improve usability of Service Now applications and dashboards.
- Experience with API integrations, microservices, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Exposure to Agile delivery models and product-centric operating models
