Job Description:
- Discuss with customer, conduct interviews, gather requirements, document requirements, process flows, record sign off, elaborate requirement to technical team, solutioning, conduct UAT and user trainings for marketing Cloud and interaction studio.
- 12+ years of overall experience and should have 2+ years as marketing Cloud SME. Must have 1+ years’ experience on interaction studio. US finance/lending domain experience is plus. Should be able to articulate high level requirements and convert to user stories for technical team from business discussions. High level solution / architecture/design for marketing cloud and interaction studio implementation. Must drive requirements gathering activities including sign off and change control process.
Must have experience on conducting user trainings and UATs to closure.
