IT Project Manager, Business Systems & Technology Analysis

Program & Project Coordination:
Manage program‑level activities, timelines, dependencies, and RAID logs.
Support multiple projects with governance and reporting.
Facilitate PI Planning, demand planning, and roadmap execution across multiple teams. The role also supports strategic planning, aligns program goals with overall objectives, and proactively addresses cross‑functional hurdles and risks.
Ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept and design to engineering, manufacturing, and launch.
Facilitate or support Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions. Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) or Scrum Masters when running SAFe tracks on PI objectives, capacity planning, and dependency mapping across teams.
Jira Administration & Dashboards:
Build and maintain Jira dashboards, boards, and workflows; create custom filters/JQL queries for sprint, epic, and release tracking.
Process Documentation:
Create process flow diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io); document SOPs, RACI charts, and governance processes.
SharePoint Management:
Build and maintain SharePoint sites for document management and team collaboration; manage permissions, libraries, and basic Power Automate flows.
Reporting & Analytics (Power BI):
Build dashboards for program health, KPIs, burn‑down/burn‑up charts; pull data from Jira and other sources into Power BI for executive reporting.
