Job Overview: The EDI Architect is a senior IT professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing EDI system integrations that enable electronic exchange of critical documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping notices with partners, suppliers, and customers.

• Demonstrate a good level of expertise in one or more technical environments (software packages, programming languages, database, operating system) and solid knowledge of EDI solutions.
• Ensure quality of solution in each environment and for each trading partner.
• Coordinate with related work streams/teams including infrastructure, Customer Service Division and Manufacturing.

• SQL Server, Unix, Linux.

• Mainframe Systems.

• 6-10 years in IT, with 4+ years in Solution Architecture, Unix, Network Protocols & Standards, Session Initiation Protocols, GCP, EDI mapping tools.
• Perform systems tuning and diagnostics on UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management domains including system development, business intelligence, business processes and customer relations.
• 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Application Integration, middleware, or other integration experience.
• 5+ years of experience with architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, UML diagrams, network connectivity and communication protocols.
• Proficiency with EDI mapping tools, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, UNIX, LINUX, Windows, SQL Server, MQ Series.

• Familiarity with web and mainframe applications – Mainframe Systems.

• Bachelor's Degree.
