Position Responsibilities

Responsible for understanding, documenting and sharing business processes including integration points for GEC Hub (Manages Electronic Data Interchange-EDI and Managed File Transfer-MFT), SOLMIS (Manages EDI with other Hubs and CMMS Plants) and GSEC site (Front end for suppliers to initiate connection with GEC Hub).

Act as a single point of contact for all support and enhancement requests.

Responsible for managing the business requirements and end to end delivery of enhancements

Responsible for end to end coordination of all incidents which will require interaction with vendors and ITO teams.

• Responsible for understanding, documenting and sharing business processes and integration points for GEC Hub (EDI & MFT Application)

• Responsible for managing the business requirements and key test deliverables e.g. test scenarios, test cases

• Coordinate with global business customers and global IT work streams

• Interact with vendors and shared services on a day to day basis to provide functional understanding and review deliverables

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in Manufacturing (e.g. CMMS3), Product Development or FCSD.

• 5+ years' experience working on Axway (B2B/MFT) integration and EDI protocols

• 5+ years of experience with large scale global applications

• 5+ years of experience in an IT role with a global application

• Experience working with Vendors, cross-functional teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• EDI or data exchange experience and knowledge of SFTP, OFTP2 and AS2 communication protocols

• Knowledge with AD processes and tools

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Exposure to Agile principles

• Mainframe knowledge

• ITO/AM experience

• Security related experience (Access reviews, Disaster Recovery, ICRs, ACRs, SCRPs, etc.)

• Past experience as a team lead
