Senior Axway B2B / EDI Engineer

Dearborn, MI - Onsite 4 days per week (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• End to end ownership of Axway B2
  
  Bi platform including installation, configuration, tuning, and upgrades
• Design, develop, and support B2B partner integrations
• Manage multi node, high availability B2
  
  Bi environments
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and automation to improve uptime
• Troubleshoot production issues across OS, middleware, database, and network layers
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams for compliance

Mandatory Skills

• Experience:
  
  10+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of hands on Axway B2
  
  Bi experience (mandatory)
• Strong experience in enterprise B2B and EDI environments
• Protocols: AS2, SFTP, OFTP2, ALE, Web Services
• EDI Standards: X12, EDIFACT, VDA
• Scripting:
  Python, Shell
• Databases: SQL Server / Oracle
• Operating Systems:
  Unix/Linux and Windows Server
• Middleware: MQ Series or similar technologies

Preferred Skills

• Axway B2
  
  Bi certification
• Experience with AI or automation integrated with B2
  
  Bi
• Cloud exposure and Agile methodology experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Education

• Bachelors Degree (Required)
• Axway B2
  
  Bi Certification (Preferred)
