Position
Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Work Force Software Configuration Engineer to join their team.
This is a critical role supporting the deployment and ongoing configuration of enterprise workforce management solutions for over 55,000 employees across the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Work Force Software configurations to support business requirements
- Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for Work Force Software modules, including:
- Time and Attendance
- Scheduling
- Absence Case Tracking
- Reporting
- Integrations
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes across multiple deployment waves
- Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave of absence regulations across US and Canada
- Document configuration standards, processes, and change history
- Provide post-deployment support and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Work Force Software functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance
Experience:
- SaaS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of direct, hands-on Work Force Software configuration experience
- Current Work Force Software certification
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and pivot between configuration work and business problem-solving
- Deep-rooted knowledge across Work Force Software modules, including:
- Time
- Attendance
- Absence Case Tracking
- Scheduling
- Reporting
- Integrations
- Experience configuring or supporting Work Force Software in Manufacturing environments/locations
- Knowledge of union and non-union workforce requirements
- Familiarity with manufacturing shift operations and scheduling complexity
- Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations (10,000+ employees)
- Understanding of Canadian labor regulations and timekeeping requirements
