Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Software Test Analyst to support software testing and QA activities for enterprise applications and system enhancements.

• 7+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Systems Analysis

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and executing test cases

• 5+ years of experience identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects

• Experience with
  Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Service Now
  , or similar defect/testing platforms

• Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing

• Experience developing automated test banks and repeatable automated regression test suites

• Strong requirements analysis and defect management experience

• SQL and database testing experience

• API and system integration testing experience

• Experience with automated testing tools

• Agile/Scrum and SDLC experience

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios

• Review requirements and identify gaps and quality risks

• Track defects through resolution and validate fixes

• Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL

• Test APIs, integrations, interfaces, and application workflows

• Conduct regression testing following application changes

• Support deployment and production validation

• Maintain testing documentation and quality metrics

• Collaborate with developers, BAs, project teams, and business stakeholders
