Stefanini is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer, Remote
We are seeking a Cyber Threat Management Senior Specialist to lead advanced threat analysis, penetration testing, incident response, Dev Sec Ops security, cryptographic governance, and AI/Generative AI security initiatives.
Responsibilities Advanced Threat Analysis- Execute threat modeling and attack vector analysis to quantify risk.
- Analyze global intelligence data to inform security protocols and architectural standards.
- Utilize advanced monitoring tools to track operational performance and security threats.
- Emphasize the automation of system health and compliance checks.
- Manage the full penetration testing lifecycle, including:
- Scoping
- Execution and ethical hacking
- Reporting of high-impact remediation measures
- Translate complex vulnerability data into business risk for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide cost-benefit analysis for proposed security controls.
- Lead the triage and remediation of security incidents.
- Coordinate across teams to mitigate the impact of cyber and insider threats.
- Drive the deployment of automated security scans and multifactor authentication solutions.
- Interface with development teams to integrate security into full-stack deployments.
- Architect and implement encryption standards and procedures for a diverse, multiplatform systems environment.
- Lead security assessments for:
- Generative AI systems
- Large language models
- AI agents
- Machine learning platforms
- Perform threat modeling, AI red teaming, and adversarial testing.
- Design and implement AI security controls, including:
- Guardrails
- Retrieval-augmented generation security
- Identity protections
- Monitoring
- Governance
- Integrate AI security into Dev Sec Ops and MLOps pipelines.
- Cybersecurity
- Agile software development
- 7+ years in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree
