• Connect with prospective clients to understand their coverage needs and offer appropriate protection.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes that provide real value to our local community.
• Manage policy renewals and answer questions to keep our clients feeling informed and secure.
• Update and maintain accurate records within our agency management system.
• Collaborate with the rest of our small team to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries with a proactive and cheerful approach.

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in the state of Michigan.
• Experience navigating insurance quoting platforms and carrier portals.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology.
• Attention to detail when managing sensitive policy data.
• Clear and welcoming phone etiquette for daily client interactions.
• Prior experience in an insurance agency setting is helpful but not strictly required if you have the right drive.
