Develop and review service labor times (flat rate) for Ford dealerships.;
Perform Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) and Report A Problem (RAP) labor time studies for various vehicles and operations.;
Collaborate with technical authors and clients to create procedures and labor time studies.;
Support workshop manual updates and ensure timely completion of time studies.;
Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times, including peer review of co-workers' developed time studies.
