We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Material Planning & Logistics Program Analyst to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, resilience, and agility. This role is responsible for managing complex, end-to-end supply chain programs that span procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and planning.

What you'll do...

* Program Planning & Governance:
Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs for supply chain projects; align with quarterly gate reviews and steering committees.

* Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead teams including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality, and finance to deliver supply chain initiatives.

* Supplier & Customer Engagement:
Facilitate supplier training, customer surveys, and symposiums to improve collaboration and performance.

* Cost & Schedule Management:
Develop sourcing strategies, material ramp plans, and cost models; monitor budgets and schedules

* Process Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement in supply chain operating models, governance, and decision frameworks

* Risk & Compliance:
Manage supply chain risks, ensure compliance with sourcing policies, and support sustainability/responsible sourcing initiatives

* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated supply chain programs aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, IT, and finance to ensure seamless program execution.

* Lead digital transformation efforts, including ERP enhancements, supply chain visibility tools, automation, and data analytics.
