We are seeking a manager to lead and grow our Macomb County, MI operations. In this role, you’ll be the center of daily operations, team development, customer experience, and community impact – all while reinforcing our commitment to excellence and integrity.

- Inspire, mentor, and support your colleagues to do their best work.

- Operational Excellence
- Manage the daily operations, including processing and closings.
- Monitor workflows, quality control, and performance to meet company expectations.
- Assist colleagues and customers with creative solutions.
- Client & Market Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys.
- Be a trusted face of the branch – delivering exceptional service with honesty and professionalism.
- Strategic Growth
- Build and maintain a collaborative work environment that fosters great rapport with the sales team to drive and achieve annual revenue and profit goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop business growth plans and identify opportunities to expand our market reach.
- Proven experience in the title insurance or real estate industry (ideally 3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of title and escrow processes and closing procedures
- Creative and proactive problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and getting things done with care
- Clear, confident communication skills – verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage team and individual responsibilities and puts the success of the team first
- Candidate will need to obtain Michigan Resident Producer License and become a Michigan Notary Public within 3 months of hire date
