Job Description
Crowe’s Performance Improvement department within the Strategy & Transaction Advisory practice seeks an Operations Consulting Manager to lead operational, financial, and process analysis, strategy development, reengineering, and modeling initiatives, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to deliver operational transformation.
Responsibilities- Conduct operational and shop‑floor assessments to identify financial opportunities.
- Develop and deploy internal controls and organizational metric dashboards per regulations or client needs.
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Deliver training, coaching, and mentorship to project champions.
- Execute assigned scope of work, ensuring timely and within‑budget delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience.
- Operations consulting experience a plus.
- Willingness to travel Sunday evening to Thursday evening weekly.
- Self‑starter with a creative, analytical mindset and a proven track record of implementation and results assessment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities.
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related).
- Extensive operations consulting experience focused on large‑scale performance improvements.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and other advanced analytical tools.
