The firm brings an operationally intensive approach to investing in manufacturing and distribution businesses with a value-added component, focusing on transformational improvement initiatives that result in sustainable EBITDA margin expansion and long-term value creation.
Speyside Equity specializes in creative transaction structures and is comfortable investing in carve-outs of large multinational companies, industry consolidations, family-owned businesses, bankruptcies and workouts, and other special situations. The senior investment team has extensive transactional, operational, and turnaround experience.
Speyside is seeking Project Management Office Subject Matter Experts to support strategic transformation initiatives across its portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in establishing governance frameworks, leading cross-functional programs, driving operational improvements, and ensuring accountability for complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide project portfolios aligned with operational and strategic objectives across portfolio companies
- Establish PMO governance frameworks and reporting infrastructure
- Drive operational improvement initiatives resulting in EBITDA margin expansion
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs from planning through execution
- Provide accountability mechanisms and performance tracking across complex initiatives
- Collaborate with portfolio company management teams and Speyside investment professionals
- Support carve-out integrations, consolidation programs, and turnaround situations
This role offers exposure to a wide range of manufacturing and distribution businesses undergoing strategic transformation with the backing of a $1B AUM private equity firm.
