OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of experiential marketing and event campaigns. This role oversees all program activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client contracts and expectations.
Working closely with Account Directors and Producers, the Project Manager helps ensure all client deliverables are successfully executed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, takes ownership of projects, and approaches challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive projects to completion while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of program tours, displays, exhibits, meetings, conferences, trade shows, and events that align with client and business objectives.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and clients to ensure program goals, timelines, and expectations remain aligned.
- Manage the development of program materials, including concept creation, content development, and visual design.
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics related to meetings, programs, and events.
- Research and recommend innovative ideas, opportunities, and best practices to enhance customer experiences and program effectiveness.
- Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in communications, marketing, event planning, and/or meeting management.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours to support event schedules.
