Description
Looking to bring a talented Operations Manager or Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee a warehouse. They are looking for someone that has 4+ years of overall Warehouse/Operations management experience. They are going to be looking for people that are incredibly organized, have built out processes for workflows, inventory, and keeping track of many moving parts within a warehouse based environment. These individuals do not need to be technical in nature, but it would help to understand what "imaging" and deployment of a PC looks like.
They also need to have great communication skills as they will be directing and leading a warehouse team in day to day operations as well as interfacing with business customers.

Skills & Qualifications
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, the Operations Manager will work closely with the Deployment Manager to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive overall program success. The Operations Manager will play a vital role working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and drive program objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Oversight:
Provide operational oversight, ensuring alignment with established standard operating procedures (SOPs), KPI metrics, and overall operational protocols. - Escalation Management:
Manage and resolve operational escalations (owning end-to-end), ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution, and minimizing impact on program delivery. - Process Improvements:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize program efficiency, leveraging automation where possible, to enhance overall program performance and deliver solutions to our long-standing client. - KPI Monitoring:
Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program performance, continually seeking opportunities to improve our monthly metrics and drive data-driven decision making. - Resource Allocation:
Ensure effective allocation of resources, including personnel, to support program delivery and achieve program objectives - Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels of leadership, ensuring effective communication and collaboration - Reporting:
Prepare and deliver regular program reports, including metrics and analysis, to inform operations-based meetings with leadership and drive continuous improvement.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dearborn, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $42.00/hr.
