Project Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Operations Management

We're looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of manufacturing and industrial projects across our Grand Rapids and Detroit operations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who's comfortable splitting time between two sites, building strong relationships with the teams at each, and driving projects from planning through completion.

• Owning projects start to finish — planning, scheduling, budgets, the whole ride
• Bouncing between Grand Rapids and Detroit, building real relationships with engineering, ops, and procurement teams at both
• Wrangling timelines, taming change orders, and keeping risk registers from turning into surprise headaches
• Being the go‑to person contractors and vendors trust to get straight answers
• Walking sites regularly to check progress and keep safety front and center
• Keeping leadership in the loop without burying them in jargon
• Always asking "how do we make the next project smoother than the last one?"

• 4–8 years of project management chops in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy construction
• A track record of juggling multiple sites and stakeholders without dropping the ball
• Comfort with tools like MS Project or Smartsheet
• Solid grasp of OSHA/site safety standards — you don't cut corners
• Communication skills sharp enough to keep contractors, vendors, and execs all on the same page
• A willingness to hit the road within Michigan — this role moves
